Eligibility

It is a scholarship opportunity designed for international citizens with refugee status located all over the world, or who have obtained US asylum or made an US request for asylum. or are living in the US with Temporary Protected Status as well as Internally Displaced Persons. US permanently resident (green card holders, citizens, etc.) are not qualified to receive the award. There aren't any age limitations for the scholarship.

Submission Instructions

Candidates must apply directly to an Columbia degree program that is listed on the website for scholarship information In addition to applying for the scholarship using the following form. Every school and program has their own acceptance criteria and deadlines for application. Acceptance into an academic program will not assure that you will receive funding from the scholarship (students could be accepted into an academic program but will not be awarded a scholarship).
